ASWEFA West Auckland Looking for Customer Service Administrator at Penrose, Auckland Full Time

• Is experienced in Xero to receive payments and process expense transactions;
• Is competent in Microsoft Office – excel, word, publisher, powerpoint, outlook;
• Is bubbly and able to work in a busy environment (you will always have something to do);
• Is able to stop and start tasks as needed as it is not always possible to complete one task at a time;
• Is a team player able to pitch in and help elsewhere when necessary;

ASWEFA is a well established training provider that strives to deliver high standards and an outstanding customer experience for their students.  We have a team of 11 currently and are looking to employ 2 more team members this month.  Our Penrose site requires a Customer Service extraordinaire to promote our safe and positive work environment.  The successful candidate needs to provide a can do attitude and enjoy liasing with customers to secure sales and assist our instructors.  

You will be capable of being given direction to complete tasks to an acceptable standard and timeframe.  Job tasks will include using our customised systems to booking training, send confirmations, follow up sales phone calls and chase overdue payments.  You will also be required to answer phones, reply to emails, ensure the site remains safe, clean and tidy on a day to day basis (don’t worry we have cleaners).

We ask you also make yourself available to attend dinner meetings once every 4-6 weeks so the entire team can get together.  ASWEFA has a social club you will be welcome to join.

We would like someone to work 40 hours per week (7.00am – 5.30pm) Wednesday – Saturday.  The Saturday will alternate between our Penrose site you will be predominantly based at and our Henderson (West Auckland) site.  You will therefore need your own, reliable transport.
