General Office Assistant (GOA)
ATC Healthcare of MidMichigan is looking for an experienced, professional General Office Assistant Whitmore Lake, Michigan. This position will assist with coordinating inpatient visits, maintain data on excel spreadsheets, organize prisoner and staff COVID testing schedules, and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be able to communicate data professionally to all departments. This position is inside the prison health care clinic with prisoner contact.
Preferred skills: Microsoft office, organization, work independently, decision making.
Location: Woodland Correctional Facility (WCC) in Whitmore Lake
Schedule: M – F 0800 – 1630

General Office Assistant (GOA) Job Requirements:
- Must have BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association ( AHA ) or American Red Cross
- Encouraged to be COVID Vaccinated or have exemption
- Must have 3 recent references
- Must pass background screenings
- Must pass all required health screenings
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
