JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Maintenance Electrician 1 Who we are
looking for: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician 2 to
be based out of De Pere, WI. Reporting to Maintenance Manager, this
person will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance of
electrical equipment, wiring, and resources. This person will also
identify and complete preventive maintenance and predictive equipment
maintenance. What you’ll do: Additional Responsibilities include, but
are not limited to: Determine the reason for any malfunctions of systems
or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the
problem. Assist with planning and installation of new equipment. Work
closely with production management to increase equipment performance and
uptime. Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and promotes the
plant Lean culture. Train and mentor Maintenance Electricians to
complete preventative and predictive maintenance, with an emphasis on
teamwork and continuous improvement. Install electrical circuits
following blueprints and schematic diagrams. What you’ll bring:
Associate degree in an Electrical field required. Three to five years
electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of AC/DC drives, welding equipment, flying
cut-offs, Servo Drive systems, and 3-phase power systems. Work with OEM
customer service to troubleshoot equipment issues. PLC/HMI programming
and automation experience required. Ability to troubleshoot and repair
down to component level. Within 3 months, you’ll: Complete your front
line Atkore Immersion program. Develop relationships with key
stakeholders in the plant. Understand Atkore’s Business System and the
