At Atlanta Compressor, we provide peace of mind to manufacturing and other industrial industries by supplying & maintaining production critical equipment. We know that manufacturing is critical to a strong American economy and it is our responsibility to help keep the plants running. We sell & service the industrial compressed air systems that our customers rely on as the life-blood to their operation. Without compressed air, the entire plant/facility is shut down or at reduced capacity.

SO WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Ensure our CEO stays on tasks and can focus on mission critical tasks and dreaming
Own various stages of the hiring process of new team members – sort resumes, schedule interviews, verify information
Work with the CEO to ensure team member happiness
Practice Extreme Ownership of various tasks and take them off the CEO’s plate
Help CEO with accountability auditing and ensuring that We Do What We Say We’ll Do
Create meeting agendas, take meeting notes and distribute to leadership team and relevant team members
Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, meetings, phone calls and travel

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mastered Time management 10/10
Has been able to be coachable by learning new technology and adapting quickly
