ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

(Temporary)

Our organization is looking for an Administrative Officer to work in our office in Lower Cove. This is a temporary full-time position and the successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of office and administrative functions until the regular incumbent returns. We are seeking someone who is a self-starter with significant experience as a senior administrative assistant who can work independently and assume a leadership role in a variety of functions.

The successful applicant must have completed a business administration program from a recognized post secondary institution and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a strong commitment to detail. The ideal candidate must also have office experience and be able to demonstrate an advanced level of knowledge and skill working in a computerized office environment. Candidates must posses, and maintain, a valid drivers license.
