Atlas Chiropractic Center Hiring for Immediate need for front desk person in Chiropractic office Job at Asheville, NC Full Time

We have a staffing emergency at our busy Chiropractic office. We are in between

office managers, and are working to fill that position with a consummate Office Administrator. It will take a couple weeks to interview and hire for that .

For now we need a smiling face that can

Answer the phone

Learn the basics of our practice management software and EHR

Collect money

Learn end of day closing procedures

Training will be provided. This is for someone with previous office experience, is a quick learner and wants to apply their expertise in the short term.

There are no promises, and it could lead to a permanent part time position.

I would need a 2 week commitment and availability Monday Wednesday and Thursday.

There would certainly be allowances if this person needs time off to interview elsewhere, take care of personal business, Some of the work can be done during mon patient hours. The scanning, filing and some data entry is not time sensitive, and can be done at arranged times

This is not an entry position and we expect to compensate you well for your commitment to helping out in a time of immediate need for the office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Signing bonus
