The scope of work:

The Service Planner uses our asset management system to contact our clients and secure work for our Field Engineers and look after our valued client’s equipment. The Service Planner creates work orders and requests parts from our national store to complete the services. Working alongside our local team, the Service Planner interacts with our customers and schedules work on the digital calendar in a geographically and skills based efficient manner.

• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
• Experience in office procedures
• Accurate with computer data entry
• Reliable and trustworthy with a good time keeping record
• Someone committed to building their career with us
• Microsoft 365, experience with SAP and planning activities
• Leader to handle an ambitious project
