We offer supportingprograms and resources that provide enriching and equitable opportunities foreach person to contribute professionally and personally.POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the support of planning, logistics, and documentation for the Professional Education Department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Process surgeons’ payments in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act Process expense reports in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act Process surgeon contracts (renewals & new HCP’s) in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act Course reconciliation for attending HCP’s, flights, transportation, hotel, meals in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements. Coordinate execution and managements for the educational grants. The Admin will support other PE department personnel on an ad hoc basis ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Ability to make decisions and use good judgment Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required Ability to successfully work with others Additional duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to interact with physicians in a professional manner Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, and deadline oriented Ability to travel 5% to assist with professional education programs as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years related experience or industry experienceOTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check AtriCure has a variety of benefits available for US based employees and their families.
