The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for monitoring client inventory; collecting and entering data from internal systems to external systems and vice versa.
Shift/Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am-5pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Active Client Inventory and take action when necessary
- Accurately and thoroughly transpose damage and price related data from internal systems to an external interface
- Monitor external interface and take action when necessary
- Accurately and thoroughly transpose updated data from external system to internal interface
- Responds to and resolves data errors escalated from customer support team to ensure data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Metric tracking and report creation as assigned
- Shared mailbox reconciliation as assigned
- Completes assigned projects on time and within established guidelines to assure compliance with client service level agreements; Aids others in the team to meet goals and objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable to process and system changes
- Must be detail oriented with good judgment and problem solving skills
- Effective time management
- Able to initiate and manage a high volume of outbound phone calls
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relations skills
- Demonstrate a stable employment history
