Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25 – $30/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant is very organized, detail organized, friendly and professional. It is important that this Administrative Assistant can work in a fast paced environment. The client requires this individual to be proactive and driven who can handle balancing various responsibilities. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a very supportive team. It is a great role for someone who has previous experience in some capacity.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Answer phones and emails in a timely manner
• General administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing
• Calendar and schedule management
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide strong customer service

• Taking direction from supervisor as well as taking initiative when needed
• Taking initiative when necessary

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining an attention to detail
• Friendly and professional when communicating with guests

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
