Our Defense Team supports our Nation’s warfighters, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of military operations. Within the Defense Team, the Air Force business unit designs and delivers these telecommunications services through multiple government contract vehicles to the Air and Space Forces, Air National Guard, and other government agencies.

AT&T has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the processing of multiple wireline services requests for Air and Space Force customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates to address Accounts Receivable (A/R) for multiple wireline sellers and multiple Air and Space Forces accounts across the U.S. and overseas.
• Works closely with internal wireline team – sellers and overlay support – to address billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides first bill review with internal organizations and supports total account billing for delivery to the customer.
• Responsible for reporting monthly outstanding A/R issues to multiple internal organizations.
• Supports complex billing project across multiple programs to ensure adherence to DoD and other regulations.
• Responsible for interacting and coordinating with the various internal billing and collection departments driving resolution to billing disputes.

Required Clearance:

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust. (#clearable) (#publictrust)

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum experience managing multiple accounts.
• Ideal candidate be very for this position should organized and have the ability to work independently. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• This is a non-supervisory position.
