The Director-Technology is responsible for managing one or more technical organizations responsible for IoT product realization, which may include technical applications and systems, operations, infrastructure, and related activities, as well as technical programs and projects from initiation through delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and sets strategy to support business processes.
Oversees multiple small to large projects that may involve cross-functional teams for IoT Fleet and Asset Product Development, 3d Party Solutions onboarding and as well as 3rd party security compliance, production support for Dataflow, AMOC and IOT Market Place and complex customer deployments
Manages senior leadership governance process related to IoT professional services and 3rd party vendor onboarding
Works with client organizations and stakeholders to evaluate business process changes and plan the implementation of those changes.
Works with other staff and members of leadership to design and develop business strategies necessary for the forward progress of technology and related organizational operations.
Administrative responsibilities include development of subordinates, force budgeting and allocation, financial responsibilities such as budget preparation and tracking, and business case coordination with clients, the Capital and Expense Review Teams, and the Governance Counsel.
Incumbents must demonstrate leadership ability in the area of collaboration and teamwork as defined in the ATT Extraordinary Leader Model.
Note: This position targets 6 or more technical employee direct reports and a total org size of 50 or more.

Requires at least ten years of experience and supervisory experience.
