Pro Staff is now hiring for an Accounting Specialist on a temporary basis. Are you an accounting professional that is looking for some flexibility in your next position? We have a client located in Morris, MN that may be a fit for you! We are seeking an experienced professional with the ability to work approximately 20-30 hours a week. This position would start immediately and could last up to 3-6 months! In this role you will be assisting in various accounting functions such as accounts payables and accounts receivables. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: – Accurately enter and code journal entries – Record payments, – Track late payments, – Provide insurance updates and mortgage satisfactions along with other information related to various loans. – You may also assist in auditing functions as well as prepare financial reports as needed. – Other duties as needed including answer phones and working with the public. Qualified candidates will have previous experience working with QuickBooks as well as Excel and other related accounting applications.
