Attribute Consulting Hiring for Azure Devops Engineer Job at Sydney, Australia Full Time

My client is a tech first SaaS and Augmentation Talent business who has recently had another large round of funding and is looking to double its Tech Teams over the next 6 months

They are looking for a Senior Devops engineer to join them to help establish the Azure environment, which was previously AWS.

Can be based anywhere in Australia

14 extra days annual leave p year.

They are looking for a Software Application focused Devops engineer to join and continue establish an Azure environment as well as help with their global expansion

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deployment of applications and infrastructure to the cloud
• Managing, enhancing and monitoring the environments to ensure maximum value, Performance Application Monitoring and Reporting.
• Engage in disaster recovery planning, capacity engineering, reliability improvement initiatives, configuration management and platform automation
• Provide on-going support of hosted applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with the Development, QA, Security and Product teams.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Working to resolve issues and problems with systems and software, and to put in place measures to ensure these issues do not reoccur
• Liaising closely with both development and operational teams
• Conducting monitoring and analyses, and feeding this data back to relevant teams to support their efforts

Skills/Experience Needed

• Bonus – Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Certificate
• Prior application performance analysis and experience in managing, monitoring cloud platforms – Azure focused.
• Hands on problem solver
• Resolve bottle necks
• Solid containerisation experience – Kubernetes or docker
• End to end testing
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline builds & releases
• Azure deployments
