What is this opportunity?:

The Manufacturing Assembler will be working for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, assembling bumpers for GM and Chrysler. You’ll be adding accessories to the bumpers, such as plastic trimmings, wires, bolts, and screws. Some hand tools will be used in the process.

Compensation for the Manufacturing Assembler:

1st Shift

6:00am – 6:00pm

Monday – Saturday

3rd Shift

6:00pm – 6:00am

Sunday – Friday

Compensation for the Manufacturing Assembler:

1st Shift: $15.50/hr

3rd Shift: $15.50/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium

Requirements of the Manufacturing Assembler:

• Ability to use tools.
• Must be able stand for 10-12 hours.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 25 lbs.

• Listen to directions from supervisors.
• Must be a team player and willing to work with those in their assigned lines or groups.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Report errors on production line.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Referral Bonuses for the Manufacturing Assembler:

First 3 referrals are $1,000.00

4th referral is $1,500.00

5th Referral is $2,000.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
