You will be joining our team at Glenfield Pools and Leisure Centre, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customersâ needs. Your outgoing, bubbly, and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
You will need to hold a First Aid Certificate for this role however if you do not currently hold a certificate, we will support you once to obtain a qualification once employed.

We have a part time permanent role, where you would required to 1 shift on Saturday and 2 week days shifts.
