He angitūtanga: The opportunity
Our Corporate Support Service department currently has an exciting career opportunity for a receptionist front office person to join the team. You’ll be the central information point for all internal staff and external visitors to the Auckland House building. This busy role will see you greeting and welcoming guests and staff, directing them appropriately, and providing a range of administration tasks. You will also take on a building support function and play an active part in the security of the building by maintaining and managing the security access of all visitors to the building and ensuring that all appropriate health and safety requirements are adhered to.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You are a self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative and the ability to balance competing demands! You have at least 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service and/or sales role with an excellent customer service ethic. As you’ll be working with both internal and external customers, you’ll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and can-do attitude. The role involves the set-up and break-down of meeting rooms, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
