We have a new exciting opportunity for you to join our team! We are looking for a Coordinator to work as Property Data Coordinators in our Rates, Valuations and Data Management team.
Your role will be to digitise and/or upload high quality property data in accordance with Council policies and industry standards and assist with the maintenance of Property Files and property records remediation.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their administration career. You will join a large team of 14 others who have lots to teach!
Please note, this is a fixed term opportunity to September 2022.
He kōrero mōu: About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 3 years’ experience in similar positions, ideally from a large and complex organisation.
We’ll be looking for proven experience of:
- Alpha-numeric literacy and attention to detail
- Customer service
- Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience and knowledge of property information and regulatory documents highly desirable.
