He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You will join one of our many Leisure Centre’s whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, you will be at the front desk and right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!
We also encourage skillset development and as such you have the opportunity to add to your hours (if you are part time) by taking on other roles within the centre such as Recreation Assistants, Lifeguards and Fitness Instructors (please note you will need to work towards being qualified)
He kōrero mōu: About you
You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
Ideally, you’ll hold a First Aid Certificate but we can assist you with this.
Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What we offer
We offer ongoing support and commitment to your personal and professional development. You will have access to a range of fantastic Auckland Council benefits, including an annual zoo pass and a range of partnership discounts. And as you will be a Leisure Centre employee, you will enjoy free use of the facilities.
We have a variety of full time permanent (40 hours) and many part time (differing shifts) permanent roles available.
