He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki online store, actively contributing to the Auckland Art Gallery shop revenue growth, and strengthening its market visibility and reputation as Aotearoa’s top museum store.
This role supports the execution of a retail digital strategy by planning and implementing product uploads, collating copy and photography. Monitoring inventory, processes, fulfilment, and storage are a core part of this role; working closely with the whole retail team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
He kōrero mōu: About you
Lifting end-to-end experience and increasing repeat customers requires innovation, creativity, attention to detail and efficiency. A passion for all things digital and a natural aptitude for multiple software platforms is a requisite. You must have intermediate photography and image editing skills using either photoshop or lightroom.

This is a diverse position where you get to leave your mark on our online presence. As a valuable member of the retail team, from time-to-time you will be required to pitch-in; making sales instore, processing stock, fulfilling orders and expanding your product knowledge. You will gain a unique insight to the world of retail, art, artists, culture and creativity.
This position is part-time, working 16 hours a week, largely onsite at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki. The 16 hours can be distributed across 2 or 3 set weekdays.
