He angitūtanga: The opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and maintain the forward capital works programme to enable and aid the effective delivery of capital works projects and programmes across the business. The programme consists of the venues our Cultural Organisations operate out of such as Auckland Stadiums, Auckland LIVE (Aotea, Civic and Town Hall, Viaduct Event Centre, Bruce Mason Centre), Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki, Auckland Zoo and the NZ Maritime Museum Hui Te Ananui a Tangaroa.
As part of the Capital Project Team as Work Programming Lead you will work directly with the different Cultural Organisations, Property Facility Managers, and the Assets Team to understand the businesses and venues requirements to develop the future work programmes. Additionally, you’ll be working with the systems, data and processes that feed into and maintain the current capital programme to ensure data integrity, timely and accurate forecasting and the ability to quality extract project, programme and portfolio level reporting.
