Greenlane Surgical Unit has got an opportunity for a Implant, Asset and Inventory Administrator to join their friendly, busy team for 24 hrs a week.

This is a Monday to Friday, permanent part time role based at Greenlane clinical centre!

This role is varied and we are looking for someone who is highly organised, problem solver, detail-orientated and team focused who can coordinate our implants, maintain spread sheets to a high standard, create purchase requisitions, manage all inventory to our unit and provide daily coordination of surgical instrumentation and equipment. This role requires flexibility to assist with all Clerical and database administration tasks for the OR’s.

The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong computer skills. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate with staff, adult and paediatric patients, and their families. This is a ‘go to position’ and you will be integral to the efficiency of our operating Rooms.

Previous clerical and supply chain experience is essential and knowledge of medical terminology and/or hospital systems would be advantageous.
