In the role of a Clinic Schedule Administrator, your key accountabilities will be referral management and scheduling of outpatient appointments for our patients within the greater Auckland Region.

About you

This is a fast paced role requiring high aptitude in prioritisation, problem solving and self-management. You will constantly be working in an ever changing environment so a flexible approach and proactive thinking are essential. You will bring with you great people skills, high levels of communications both written and verbal and your empathy towards patients will contribute towards a positive patient experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, proven administration skills and an eye for attention to detail. Your motivation and positive attitude will be welcomed by the team.

This role is based at our Greenlane Clinical Centre, 40 hours per week 8 hours per day worked over Monday to Sunday.

Full Training and a comprehensive Orientation programme will be provided to the right person.
