Permanent, Fixed Term, Part Time, casual and Full Time Roles available. Our Locations are all around Auckland and our working environment is both lively and robust with a strong spirit of team collaboration.
As a member of our admin team, you will be key to our services. Each position has its own set of tasks and skill requirements and these can be reviewed when you click the link below to review the individual positions and position descriptions. These roles require great organisational, interpersonal skills along with and sound computer skills. Some roles require previous admin experience. These will enable you to undertake a range of general clerical and administrative duties including but not limited to Diary Management, Meeting Coordination and Email management/ communications and other administration tasks. Our roles are fast paced requiring high aptitude in prioritisation, problem solving and self-management. You will constantly be working in an ever-changing environment, so a flexible approach and proactive thinking are essential. You will bring with you great people skills, high levels of communications both written and verbal and your empathy towards patients will contribute towards a positive patient experience.
Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
You’re bright and well presented with a strong attention to detail, have excellent organisational skills and be highly efficient. A high level of computing skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages is expected, as is a friendly demeanour and a willingness to get involved, collaborate and help where necessary. Your keen desire to learn and work as part of a team will ensure your success in this high pressured but rewarding environment. There will also be regular interaction with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff, so a talent for multi-tasking and the ability to take control and deal with situations as they arise is essential.
