We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will support all aspects of our recruitment function, manage candidate onboarding, and provide general P&C administration assistance. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience as a recruitment or HR administrator and to be involved in some current and upcoming exciting projects. This role requires flexibility to travel across our various offices and depots within Auckland as and when required.

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and an eagerness to learn. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships at all levels within our organisation. Your deep experience in volume recruitment and HR administration will play a pivotal role in our joint success. The successful candidate will have recent recruitment experience, thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with the ability to follow policy and process but also be flexible and adaptable to change. Experience in a similar unionised, industrial work environment will be an advantage along with knowledge of Collective Employment Agreements in a heavily regulated setting.
