Auckland Transport Looking for Adjudication Administrator at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

We’re looking for an Adjudication Administrator – Parking Services to join our team.

• Monitor and manage service levels for activities and processes initiated through the customer communication channels e.g. SharePoint, CRM and email.
• Assist the Adjudication Manager to ensure that workflow is distributed among team members efficiently to meet daily demand and ensure that cases are managed to meet key targets and milestones.

We’re looking for:

• Someone with knowledge of the systems, CRM, Sharepoint, pathway
• With people at the heart of everything we do it is important to have a customer service background
• Someone with a keen eye for detail as this role requires running lots of reports
