• 20 hours per week – usually evening shifts

Do you have an outstanding customer service background, strong administration skills with a naturally outgoing and vibrant personality?
The dynamic team at the AUT Sport & Fitness Centre on our North Campus are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated person for this permanent, part-time position. Days of work are Monday to Friday with shifts usually between 5 pm and 9 pm. These hours may be flexible on occasion depending on the Centre’s needs including cover of other casual shifts when required.
Our Receptionist is the face of the centre, and runs all aspects of our front line reception and the administration of services it provides. The Receptionist will also oversee casual staff by establishing effective and efficient systems for smooth operation.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional customer service, administrative, organisational and communication skills. You will also need high attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
