AUT’s School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled administrator to join their culturally diverse team on the City campus. Our School offers pre-degree, degree and postgraduate programmes and has a strong focus on real-world learning. The School possesses a fantastic environment to work in and forms a key part of the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies.

The successful candidate will:

• have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• have the ability to learn and follow new processes quickly and accurately and an excellent work ethic
• have good software knowledge and computer skills and be comfortable learning new systems
• be flexible, organised and have good time management skills

The Administrator is expected to work both independently and collaboratively as needed, to achieve team goals. The role provides support for students and academic staff and is responsible for maintaining accurate academic records. The appointed person will be involved with enrolment, progression and graduation. The position provides a professional, friendly and helpful service for students, staff and members of the public.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $69,000 ( dependent on experience and qualifications)
