An exciting opportunity is available to join the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law in the role of Student Success Lead. The Faculty of Business, Economics and Law provides innovative business and legal education and research.
The Student Success Lead supports the Faculty and the Student Success Manager to lead the development and implementation of the 3-5 year business and law school plans to improve student academic success. The role oversees the execution of initiatives and activities to support retention, student success and enhancement of the student experience.
This is a complex role, and the successful candidate will use their highly developed communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of staff across the Faculty and University. The successful candidate will also be confident in analysing and interpreting statistical data to inform practical student success initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a tertiary environment, proven experience working with academic programmes, systems and processes and an understanding of the factors affecting student transition, retention and success. One of your strengths will be your ability to work with diverse groups and have the confidence to guide change.
