Do you want to be part of the Augusta Precious Metals team? 1st year between $75,000 and $100,000 per year, with the potential to join the team bonus plan and double your earnings within 3 years.

We are offering a Signing & Retention Bonus of $5,000 to be paid at the end of one year of employment. We also offer a guaranteed salary of $5,000 per month and spiffs of $50, per trade complete. You should expect to average no less than 25 trades per month.

About this Role

Augusta Onboarding Specialists assist the sales team, once a customer has indicated that they want to move forward with an application. The Onboarding Specialist will complete the application process and then transfer the customer over to the next step – the Funding Department. After the customer speaks with the funding department, the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for completing the customer’s movement, until funds have been received and a trade is completed.

As an Onboarding Specialist, this position will be responsible for resolving any questions during the application process. Once a customer completes the funding process the application specialist will give the customer weekly updates on the funding status of their account and providing market updates. Once all funds are in, you will assist the customer by introducing them to the Order Desk. Once a trade is complete, the customer will move to the aftercare department. You will support and work closely with the entire team.

Your overall mission builds lasting relationships to drive consumer loyalty.
