AusCan OHS is hiring a marketing coordinator to join our team. This person will be an enthusiastic team player ready to take innitiative and help us positively grow our business. This position will suit someone who thrives working from home on their own schedule, and is motivated to get the job done with minimal supervision.

About the Role

This role is a completely remote opportunity open to anyone residing in Canada and legally allowed to work in Canada. The Marketing Coordinator will be able to set their own hours to suit their schedule. Weekly hours will vary greatly depending on the season and company/industry demand and scheduling, so this position is listed as ‘casual’. An estimate of weekly hours will be 0-10 hours per week. Reliable internet access is necessary to fulfil this position.

Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator

• Company content creation and material creation
• Assist with developing and managing content and website management
• Other marketing responsibilities

Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, priotitize tasks, and meet deadlines without supervision
• Must have a high level of creativity
• Working knowledge of Wordpress and other digital marketing programs and systems.
• Ability to create logos, promotions, and other material from scratch.
