Description:
What we are looking for

• An unequivocal commitment to the Aussie Broadbands values
• 3+ years’ Laravel experience
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript)
• Experience with creating and consuming modern APIs
• A thirst for growth and a desire to play and experiment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to change the game
• Someone who thrives in a remote (WFH) environment and can operate independently
• Ability to design and implement complex software solutions
• Background in iOS and Android app development highly regarded
• CI/CD and PHPUnit experience is highly regarded

• Building end-to-end solutions across a variety of channels (e.g. internal tools and apps and customer-facing websites), utilising industry best practices and leveraging the latest technologies where possible
• Automating business processes so our staff can focus on the really important stuff
• Working closely with stakeholders, taking part in all stages of the software development life cycle
• Solving interesting performance and architectural challenges
• Participating in sprints/iterations
• Writing clean, maintainable code, following best practices and adhering to coding standards
• Working on special projects as directed by the Software Engineering Manager
• Attending all relevant meetings, training or information sessions conducted by Aussie Broadband
