• Supporting raising of purchase orders in the system
• Performing general tasks including, but not limited to printing out and scanning of important documents
• Making sure files are correctly labelled and all filing is completed correct
• Effectively answering phone calls, screening and routing calls as needed and taking detailed messages
• Fostering a team-oriented environment, providing support, and sharing responsibilities
