Key Accountabilities Of The Role Include

• Operation of dairy / cheese manufacturing equipment such as pasteurizers as per safe operating procedures
• Manually handling products safely, throughout the process.
• Effectively move between departments to assist
• All online and required documentation completed accurately and timely
• Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames
• Executes Start up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly
• Ensure all workplace incidents are accurately reported and recorded within the specified timeframes

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Previous experience in running dairy / cheese making machinary. (desirable)
• Previous dairy industry experience (desirable)
• Previous FMCG experience (desirable)
• Previous food safety experience (desirable)
• Be a team player with an eye for detail
