Requirements For Candidates

• No prior experience or qualifications are required, but it would be an advantage if you have worked in this industry previously.
• On-the-job training will be provided if you are the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Familiarity with cash registers and handling cash and card payments.

Responsibilities For The Position

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Process transactions through the cash register and handle cash and card payments.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager when stock levels are low.
• Perform daily tasks such as opening and closing the store, reconciling cash registers, and ensuring the store is secure.
• Keep up to date with new products and promotions and provide information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and refer complex issues to the manager.
