SUMMARY

As a Manager in Training, you are responsible for the management of all aspects of dealership operations in the absence of the Dealership Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Management and oversight of dealership sales,collections, inventory and personnel

· Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at your dealership at all times

· Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally

· Make daily collection calls

· Ensure dealership cleanliness and curb appeal

· Daily lead generation through various media outlets

· Structure, underwrite and deliver deals according to company guideline

· Work with third party service vendors, as needed

· Understand all local, state and federal regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

· Strong leadership abilities

· Ability to solve problems quickly

· Must have 2+ years of buy-here pay-here experience, or worked in a dealership for 1+ years.

· Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
