SUMMARY

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service, while meeting the sales goals of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries

· Answer phones, emails, and social media messages as directed

· Generate and contact sales leads

· Open and process loan applications according to the company requirements

· Maintain customer records with current information

· Assist the collections team in the collection of payments and update account statuses

· Maintain optimal office appearance

· Understand and follow underwriting policies at all times

· Ensure proper follow up of all buyers by keeping delinquency within the company standard

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

· Must possess a valid Driver’s License

· Must have strong leadership abilities

· Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong ability to work in changing environment and ability to think critically

· Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

· Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to follow through with a sale

· Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per hour

Schedule:
