You will play an important role as Auto Parts Administrator:

• As the Auto Parts Administrator, you are responsible for ordering, tracking, and returning parts.
• You take ownership of the process for parts inventory – making your role crucial to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• You will build and leverage your customer service experience in providing quality care to our valued customers receive as you coordinate the delivery of parts efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operate in Mitchell Repair Centre and OEM Parts Catalogues for procuring parts.
• Managing Parts discounts structures and gross margins.
• Receive, inspect, mirror match and kit parts for the technicians.
• Receive and maintain inventory.
• Process returns and manages parts credits.
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers by delivering efficient and friendly service.
• Maintaining order integrity by verifying parts being delivered are accurately captured on the invoice.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• 1 year of Parts experience preferred.
• Valid Drivers license and safe driving record.

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Previous auto parts delivery experience is an asset, but we will train.
