We have a new opportunity for an experienced credit control manager to join us to manage our small team of experienced credit controllers, coordinate work, ensure customers pay to term and debtor ledgers are kept tidy.

As our credit control manager, you will work closely with our accounts team, sales managers and a broad range of UK and international customers. Based at our head office near Lichfield the role is perfect for a credit control manager who enjoys hands on debtor ledger management. The role involves preparing and analysing management information and regular customer contact. It is a fast paced, varied role within a friendly team environment.

For me, the wide range of customers makes the role more interesting, as we work with franchisees and small business owners one minute and large multinationals the next. I love the variety and pace of my role and the days fly by. As a team we work closely with other departments, building strong relationships and making our processes more effective. The successful Credit Control and Receivables Manager will

• Have at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Be a strong communicator with excellent customer handling skills.
• Be an experienced people team manager.
• Bring hands on debtor ledger management.
• Able to demonstrate numerical and analytical skills.
• Be able to prepare and analyse management information.
• Bring superb organisational skills.
• Be proficient using accountancy packages and MS Office.

Fluent written and spoken French language skills would also be advantageous however not essential.
