Job Title
Marketing Analyst
Position Purpose
The Marketing Analyst work with a cross-functional team on Marketing and eCommerce to get better digital experience program optimization in our website through Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics tools. Assist as web analytics-related effort (from implementation to reporting) to help with data analytics initiatives around the website. Partner with BI and Marketing teams to provide direction and validation of hypothesis before we launch improvements.
Primary Accountabilities
- Develop and improve the customer experience based on a foundation of customer searches and reaching a high percentage of searches with a redirect in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Resolve marketing and web site needs into Adobe Experience Manager specific recommendations and solution.
- Assist in data reporting across Adobe Analytics to find and outline additional business opportunity.
Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, Technology, other.
Years of Experience: Minimum/no experience.
Type of Experience: A final year student or recent graduate. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel). Attention to detail.
Other / Preferred: Basic analytics tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Basic technical knowledge of HTML.
