We are looking for a team player who is detail oriented, takes pride in their work, has the ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software (Foundation and/or QuickBooks) — 2 years recent experience preferred
• Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities
• Experience with accounting life cycle including purchase orders, invoicing, A/P, A/R, multi-state sales tax preparation & reporting, and payroll processing
• Experience in a multi-company environment a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work quickly and efficiently, meeting various deadlines

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be well organized and detail orientated
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to professionally interface with vendors, customers, and employees over the phone and via email
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and especially Excel)

• Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
• Continually pursue excellence in your technical and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a “WILL-DO” attitude
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Foundation accounting software a plus
