Auxo Virtual Assistants is a VA & operations strategy agency that supports small and medium sized businesses in boosting productivity. We’re looking for a contracted administrative assistant to be the primary point of contract for various client accounts.
In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to be the remote office manager or secretary for clients in a variety of industries, from general contractors to therapists. You are responsible for tracking projects and tasks, providing proactive support, and helping your client’s day be less stressful!
This role starts at 5-10 hours per week as a 1099 contractor with the opportunity to expand responsibilities and hours. We are looking for someone who can grow with us long-term. The position is fully remote.

The ideal candidate would be a figure-it-out type of person that leads with a service attitude. We are looking for some ready to take ownership of certain responsibilities and find new ways to improve. This role would also require handling several different clients over time – adaptability, flexibility, and determination are key for success!
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative work.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
