Job SummaryResponsible for managing the global source planning and procurement process from demand planning, order creation, and logistics management through delivery into the Distribution network, globally. Responsible for planning and procurement of all Global Sourced finished goods inventory that is stocked. Manage planning and procurement across all regions and aggregate demand, interact as single point of contact for supply chain with global vendors and third party logistics providers; set priorities and allocation of supply to ensure efficient distribution of Global Sourced finished goods across all regions; analysis and reporting of all Global Source Supply Chain parameters and data to increase operational efficiency and visibility; working collaboratively with Suppliers, Customers, and internal teams to improve forecast accuracy and fill rates; manage all aspects of daily planning and procurement activities globally.Ensure processes are in place to increase customer satisfaction, drive forecast accuracy, expediting delayed purchase orders, increasing delivery date accuracy, and lead time accuracy. Serve as a key point of contact in Supply Chain for issues related to planning, procurement, purchase orders acknowledgement, fill rates, and spend analysis. Work cross functionally and with a high degree of independence to solve complex business issues. Drive and influence timely decision making to support Senior Leadership. Hold self and team accountable for timely execution of operational goals and objectives.

• Lead a team of planners and buyers to source catalogue items and hit targeted fill rates across all regions and multiple stocking locations

• Prioritize and allocate supply to ensure business continuity across all regions

• Develop reports and monitor critical KPIs to show forecast/planning accuracy, shipment trends, supplier and 3rd part logistics performance, and supply issues

• Expedite delayed POs to increase customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement in both the expediting process and in resolving root cause issues that cause expediting

• Talent development – Keep the teams motivated through positive reinforcement and career development mentorship

• Develop relationships with suppliers to reduce overall supply chain costs by cooperating on, forecasts, order quantities/tiered pricing, lead-time, electronic document exchange etc.

• Optimize working capital and assist in managing excess inventory through the global MRB process

• Make data backed recommendations to reduce supply chain costs to leadership team and key stakeholders

• Drive process standardization and be a champion of continuous improvement. Redesign processes to reduce chances of errors

• Perform other duties as assigned.
