Responsibilities of the Entry Level Administrative Assistant:

• Performs a variety of administrative assistant tasks to support the brokers and account executives
• Ability to maintain files and put them in correct places, both physically and into database
• Clerical work included but not limited to reviewing endorsements, audits, and policies
• Responsible for new client setup and ongoing client maintenance
• Coordinating between departments and resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
• Other work/duties such as data entry

Requirements of the Entry Level Administrative Assistant:

• Experience working in an office environment
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• Experience working effectively and professionally with people at all levels of the organization
