Job Description

For our Customer Service Representative, we are looking for a talented individual to join our Medical team in Longford, Ireland. This position will manage the order handling from receipt to delivery and act as the first point of contact for our customers.

Core duties and responsibilities:
Order verification, entry, and confirmation

Ensure on-time delivery and pro-active communication by a close internal cooperation with colleagues of different departments

Customer Account Care (order status reporting, attend virtual customer meetings)

Administrative tasks (credit/debit notes, service complaint entry, pricebook support, etc.)

Pro-actively look for more efficient ways of working and better ways of serving our customers

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree

Fluent in English, every additional language is a plus

Excellent external and internal communication skills

Good IT skills, knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus

Pro-active and problem solving approach

Team player

Experience in a fast-paced B2B customer service department
