Job Title: Senior Consultant (Data Center)
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Work with the customer teams and vendor teams to manage the data center build-out
- Understand and follow the customer and vendor process to track activities involved from ordering equipment, delivery, deployment, testing, etc.
- Track issues, critical paths related to data center build-out
- Assist customers in accessing, planning, and coordinating work within the project
- Participating in customer/vendor calls to help identify gaps, issues, etc. bring industry best practice as customer’s trusted advisor.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in Data Center facility design, plan, and maintenance – power, cooling, floor space, rack, cable, etc.
- Working knowledge with network/switch/circuit/firewall
- Strong communication skills and program solving ability
- Experience in project management
