Salary €51,421 to €60,792

Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work

Along with the ability to carry out all duties detailed in the job description, applicants must have:

• Up to date NMBI Registration – RNID desirable but not essential

• Recognised and fully completed Management Qualification.

• Full clean Drivers License

Applicants should:

• Be registered with An Bord Altranais, with experience in the area of mental health, intellectual disability, autism and complex healthcare needs.

• Have 5 years experience and 3 years at CNM1 level equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability

• Ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT

• Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.

• Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change

• Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework
