As a Business Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our senior medical practitioners and wider laboratory team. Your role will involve managing Awanui Labs Pathologist administration requirements, including booking travel arrangements, coordinating seminar and conference bookings and managing the Continuing Education allowances. You will play a vital role in optimizing our business operations and enabling our medical team to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
To be successful in this role you must have a professional and helpful approach to working with our team, be accurate and methodical, have excellent attention to detail and be willing to undertake a wide range of administrative duties.
You will be highly competent in MS Office, preferably have experience using Intranet or Share Point sites and previous experience in an administrative role.
The role is part-time, 25 hours per week. 5 hours per day Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work extra hours if required. The position is located in our Christchurch Laboratory which is located in Harewood, northwest of the city centre near the Christchurch Airport. There is plenty of staff parking available.
