The Job:

• Proactive communication with team, customers, and suppliers (phone and email)
• Qualify and distribute incoming customer and supplier requests
• Gain basic understanding of our products and markets served
• Proactively resolve problems and discrepancies with pricing and delivery
• Proactive and reactive expediting
• Assist inside and outside sales team
• Gather and provide information to sales and management teams
• Being a critical link between technical sales staff and customers

About YOU
You will be part of a growing business with diverse technology offerings which include process automation systems, field instrumentation, instrument/mechanical products, control/automated valves, and overpressure protection solutions with both shop and field service operations.
You will bring with you:

• Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
• Outstanding customer relations and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Capable to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
