The reason our customers come back time and time again is because our CSRs are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to our customer care specialists. Our CSRs are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
We are looking for those who are genuinely excited to help customers and are able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary!
